Nasturtiums have been some of my favorite flowers for a while. Not only are they easy to plant and bloom all through Summer and Fall, but they are edible! The leaves and flowers have a peppery taste to match the feisty colored blossoms. I like to eat them in a tomato salad.

You may have noticed that I have been posting less lately. I’m in a dry period I guess. My daughter’s birthday is coming up, and do I will take this time off to recuperate and prepare for her big day.

  1. These flowers are not only tasty but act as great bug repellants. We plant them around our tomatoes, they keep all the pests away. Lovely drawing!
